Observations: Licensing observed heavy objects stored overhead and not secured, a rusty baby buggy toy accessible to children, cleaner accessible to children in the bathroom and doors to the garage and storage areas with hazardous items inside not locked.
3000 - SPS DOLSOP (Clearance)

Observations: On arrival Licensing observed through the patio door that a child was left unsupervised in the playroom for approximately four minutes. The door to the adjoining room was closed. Licensee stated that she had taken the other child in care to the bathroom.

Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a)name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number (MSP number does not apply to REC only) and immunization status.

Observations: Licensing observed that six children had been signed into care on February 16, 2022. Licensee stated that the six child was not in care very long because he was upset. Licensee stated that there must have been a mistake in her record keeping as she never exceeded the maximum capacity of five children as per imposed conditions.
