Observations: Upon arrival, Licensing observed the Licensee was sitting outside while supervising three children who were engaged in outdoor play. The area where the Licensee was sitting was located away from the kitchen where one child (age 3) remained indoors in the kitchen, seated in a highchair while eating. Licensing observed that from the Licensee's position outdoors, the child was not within line of sight and was not able to be heard due to the distance and noise of the other children playing. The Licensee stated the child was finishing their meal while the other children were playing outside.

Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a)name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number (MSP number does not apply to REC only) and immunization status.
