Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: On April 13, 2022 Licensing received via email two photographs showing that the gaps between the stairs and the top level of the wooden house had been closed.
Actions Required By Licensing: No further action required; this contravention has been addressed.

Observations: Licensing used the torso and head probe and determined that openings allowed the torso probe and not the head probe to pass on stairs that lead to the second level that was 4.5 feet in height and on top level of the house there where opening at the highest point.
