Description: Without limiting subsection (1), a licensee must ensure that the ratio of employees to children attending a community care facility is no less than that permitted in Schedule E.

Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: On April 29, 2022 an exemption was approved for an Early Childhood Educator Assistant (ECEA) to act as an Early Childhood Educator (ECE). Additionally, Licensing observed an ECEA acting as an ECE and an ECEA in ratio with eight children this date.
