Observations: Licensing audited ten employee files. One employee file had only one reference check and one employee file did not have a record of any references checked.

Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: On August 29, 2023 and September 13, 2023 Licensing was provided a plan for Manager coverage in the absence of the current Manager who is expected to return on October 13, 2023.
