Observations: On arrival at the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age ) program licensing observed one Early Childhood Educator (ECE), one Early Childhood Educator Assistant (ECEA) and an Responsible Adult (RA) with 19 children. Shortly after arrival the RA left the program and an ECE started her shift in the program. Schedule E of the Child Care Licensing Regulation required Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) to have a minimum of one ECE and two ECEAs for 19 children.

Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a)name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number (MSP number does not apply to REC only) and immunization status.

Observations: Licensing audited eight staff files and a ninth staff did not have a staff file this date that was working in ratio in the Gym 1 program at the time of inspection. The staff stated she did not have a staff file.
