Description: Without limiting subsection (1) a licensee must ensure that children attending a community care facility are divided into groups, with each group having no more children than that permitted in Schedule E, (except FCC/IHMACC/REC; child qualified if in age range or within one month (except GCC School Age)).

Observations: Licensing observed there were 26 children signed in to one program room with kindergarten and grade one children present on this date. Maximum group size when kindergarten and grade one's are present is 24 children. Manager stated that on most days, there are less than 24 children in attendance.

Observations: Licensing observed that the computer room (green room) which is licensed for 30 children, was not accessible or available for care during summer months. The Manager stated it was used for storage by the school during July and August and was not leased by the facility. The licence had not been amended to reflect this.
