Observations: Licensing audited six employee files. Two employee files had a performance review date of May 2021 and January 2022.

Observations: Licensing audited the electronic Medication Administration Record (eMAR) from May 7 to 12, 2024. There were five persons in care with various medications not signed or coded for by staff as per the medication safety and advisory committee policies.

Description: Subject to subsection (5), a licensee, other than a licensee who provides a type of care described as Hospice, must ensure that each person in care is weighed at least once each month,
