Observations: Licensing observed the door to upstairs accessible to children and cleaning spray on the side of the bathtub. Cleaning product was moved making it no longer accessible to children while Licensing was on site.
3000 - CCLR 47
Description: A licensee, other than a licensee who provides a care program described as School Age Care on School Grounds, must ensure that any heated water accessible to children is heated to no more than 49° Celsius.
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure heated water accessible to children is heated no more than 49 degrees Celsius.

Observations: Licensing tested the hot water in the bathroom. Water tested 65 degrees Celsius. This is an immediate hazard to the health and safety of children. Supervision plan was put in place until hot water can be turned down and retested by Licensing.

Description: A licensee must keep current records for each child showing (a) the information set out in subsection (2)

Observations: Licensing observed a Corrective Action Plan in Place for Lead In Water. Corrective Action Plan states daily water flushes will be documented. Licensee stated the water is flushed daily, but haven't been recorded since October 2021.
