Observations: Licensing observed a fire extinguisher with a tag stating that the next service was due on February 14, 2025.
3010 - CCLR 19(1)(c)
Description: A licensee must not employ a person in a community care facility unless the licensee or, in the case of a person who is not the manager, the manager has first met with the person and obtained all of the following: a record of the person’s work history

Observations: Licensing audited seven children's files and one file was missing a record of name and telephone number of a medical practitioner. This information was added during the inspection. The licensee stated that the parents had provided the information, but it had not been recorded in the child's file.
