The Health and Illness policy was updated and indicated that smokers would have to smoke at the end of the driveway. On April 29, 2025, Licensing received an email indicating the policy update. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.

Furthermore, terms and conditions were not met when the Licensee knowingly had more than seven children in care.
