Observations: Licensing observed two portable toilets, one contained urine that were stored next to the toys and accessible to children.
3060 - CCLR 46(1)

Observations: Licensing observed two portable toilets were kept next to the toys and eating area. The staff moved the toilets, one of which had urine in it, into the hallway and continued to handle children's food without washing their hands. Additionally, Licensing observed children having snack without handwashing prior to having snack.
