Observations: Regarding intake dated December 5, 2024. Through the investigation process, Licensing determined that the staff did not demonstrate the skills and abilities to carry out the duties assigned. Specifically the Manager had left a child unsupervised in a space that did not belong to the program and the Manager was aggressive with children in care.
