Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On September 14, 2026, Manager submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included: once a child's immediate health, safety, and care needs have been addressed, the parent or guardian will be notified as soon as practicable following an illness or injury, rather than waiting until pick-up to provide the initial notification. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.
