Observations: Licensing observed hot water temperature measuring 49.6 degrees. This represents an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care and must be corrected immediately. Licensee stated that until the hot water tank is turned down, Licensee will continually supervise handwashing and only utilize cold water. Full compliance will not be achieved until the plan has been implemented and completed.

Observations: Licensing observed an entanglement hazard on the left side of the 15 inch slide of the Little Tykes Climbing Slide structure. Licensing conducted three times entanglement hazard checks using the entanglement hazard tool and observed 3 x failed tests. This represents an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care and must be corrected immediately. Licensee stated until the entanglement hazard could be repaired there would be continual supervision and ensuring that children are not permitted access to the 15 inch slide. Full compliance will not be achieved until the plan has been implemented and completed.
