Observations: Licensing observed two bleach and water solution bottles accessible to children on the kitchen counter. Staff moved one bottle to a higher shelf and the other bottle under the locked sink in the bathroom during inspection.

Observations: Staff stated a water jug is used with a filter and tap water is not used for children to drink. The approved corrective plan on file stated the water would be flushed for two minutes, flushes would be recorded and a water filter would be used.
