Observations: Licensing reviewed 6 of 6 staff files. One file had a recently expired CRC.
3030 - CCALA 7(1)(b)(i)

Observations: Licensing observed School Age children in full day care on a Pro D day. Facility is Licensed for Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) and Preschool during school hours. Amendment form left on site.
3070 - CCLR 57(2)(d)
Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (d) name and telephone number of a parent, medical practitioner (doctor's name and number does not apply to REC only) and emergency contact

Observations: Licensing reviewed 10 of 79 children's files. Two files were missing Dr name and phone number.

Description: The licensee must develop the care plan in consultation,with a parent of the child requiring extra support and any person requested by the parent.
