Observations: Licensing observed that the height of the climber in the 3-5 program outdoor space was 5 feet 4 inches. The facility had an exemption for the height of the climber that expired in May 2022. Manager stated the approved supervision plan is being followed when children are using the outdoor space. An exemption request has been submitted. Licensing used the Triax to asses the protective surfacing on this date.
