Observations: Entanglement test device detected an entanglement on the right side of the slide of the wooden composite climber. This represents an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care and must be corrected immediately. The Licensee Contact stated that they would caulk the affected area to address the issue. Full compliance will not be achieved until the plan has been implemented and completed.
3010 - CCLR 19(4)(a)
Description: A licensee must not employ a person in a community care facility as an educator or an assistant unless the person holds a valid certificate issued under Division 2 [Employee Qualifications], which must be verified by the licensee using a system established and maintained by the director of the early childhood educator registry

Two children were on a seesaw when one child fell while eating a sandwich, another child was running with a container of cucumber, and a third child was sliding down a slide with a strawberry in their mouth.
