Observations: Licensing observed a Little Tykes climber which was 4.75 feet in height and a slide had a three foot clearance from a plastic little tykes boat. Licensing observed two other small climbers with a fall height of three feet were placed between one to three feet away from the fence and each other.

Observations: Licensing observed that a blue slide on a Little Tykes Climber had cracked exposing sharp plastic on the area where children sit to go down the slide. This equipment was removed at time of inspection.
