Corrective Actions Required: Ensure that the community care facility is operated in a manner that will promote the health, safety and dignity of persons in care. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On May 14, 2026, Licensee Contact submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included: any recordings made without parental consent were deleted from all devices and cloud storage effective May 14, 2026, staff would meet with the Licensee Contact to review the confidentiality and privacy policies by May 29, 2026, and any situation involving children or sensitive matters would require a privacy checklist to be completed beforehand to verify all participants authorized and consent forms on file. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.
