Observations: Licensing observed the staff for the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) Dragonfly program, had the following qualificatiosn with14 children: ECE and Resposible Adult. The qualifications required are ECE and ECEA.

Description: A licensee must display in a prominent place in the community care facility the certificate of any educator or assistant employed to work in the community care facility.
