Observations: Licensing observed stagnant water in the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) play space.
3000 - SPS DOLSOP (Entanglement)
Description: Equipment is free of entanglement hazards in areas of uncontrolled motion. (Something around the child’s neck becomes caught on equipment)
Use Entanglement test device

Observations: Licensing used the entanglement test devise and observed entanglement hazard on the right hand side of the 56" slide in the School Age Yard. This represents an immediate risk to the health and safety of persons in care and must be corrected immediately. Safety Plan put in place during the inspection: staff will position themselves on the climber at the top of the slide if children are using the slide, or make it not accessible until the entanglement hazard can be corrected. Full compliance will not be achieved until the plan has been implemented and completed.
3010 - CCLR 22(2)(c)
Description: A licensee must ensure that each employee practices implementing the emergency plan at least once each year.
