Observations: Licensing observed the following in relation to the COVID-19 Health and Safety Inspection: - Licensing observed the greeter screening visitors however she was not wearing eye protection. - Licensing observed both staff rooms. - The basement staff room had several chairs including a chair next to a fan that blew directly onto the staff room table. - The occupancy was listed as 2 staff, however there were several more chairs that may encourage more than 2 staff to share the staff room. - The fourth floor staff room was observed to be crowded with furniture and there were two staff observed to be seated very closely with one another, no plexiglass divider between staff seated at the table, and social distance was unable to be maintained at the table. - There were no staff sign-in sheets for staff rooms.
