Observations: Licensing arrived at 1:08 p.m. and observed a child watching a show on the laptop until 1:55 p.m. The Licensee stated the child had an hour of screen time daily. This did not meet the requirement for DOLSOP to limit screen time to 30 minutes or less a day.

Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a)name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number (MSP number does not apply to REC only) and immunization status.

Description: Despite subsection (2)(a) and (d), a licensee who provides a care program described as Child-minding must do all of the following: (b) if a child’s immunization status is not reasonably know or available to the child’s parent, keep a record detailing as much information as is known respecting the child’s immunization status
