Observations: Licensing audited 2 of 4 children files in Room 2 (currently Licensed as IT (GCC Under 36 months). Room is being amended to be a Multiage category, three of four currently enrolled will remain in Room 2. Licensing observed two files each containing care plans. One care plan was last reviewed March 09, 2021 and had not been reviewed within the past 12 months.
