Description: A licensee, other than a licensee who provides a care program described as Family Child Care or In-Home Multi-Age Child Care, must ensure that the toilets and wash basins referred to in subsection (2) are on the same floor as the community care facility.

Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: On May 21, 2025 received an exemption request to allow children to access the toilets and washbasins located on the other side of the building from outside and an amendment to change category for care to School Age Care on School Grounds. The amendment was approved on June 6, 2025 and the exemption was no longer required.
