Description: A licensee, other than a licensee who provides a care program described as School Age Care on School Grounds, must ensure that any heated water accessible to children is heated to no more than 49° Celsius.

Observations: Licensing observed the two children's sinks were 50.7 and 58.9. This is an immediate risk of health and safety. Licensee has voiced plan to mitigate risk to children by supervising hot water usage. Licensee has also reached out multiple times to a third party to fix the issue, but so far, nothing has been fixed. Full compliance will not be reached until Licensing comes in to reassess.
