Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On March 24, 2026, Heidi Hoffmann, Licensee Contact, submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. This corrective action plan included: BGC Arden Out of School educators reviewing and completing two courses [Safety and Group Management] through BGCU by April 13, 2026. This corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.
