Observations: Licensing observed that a substitute staff's first aid certificate was expired on November 9, 2023 and they last worked on November 29, 2023 alone with the children.

Observations: Licensing observed seven children in care with the Licensee (Ages: 3, 3, 2, 2, 2, 1, 1) of those seven children five were under 36 months. Licensee stated she was aware she had more than the allowed maximum of three children under the age of 36 months in care. She would apply for a temporary placement request for two children under 36 months.
