Observations: Licensing observed one boulder was loose on the climbing wall outside. Manager stated the climbing wall will not be in use until it repaired.
3020 - CCLR 56(1)(c)
Description: A licensee must keep current records of each of the following: (c) a record respecting compliance with section 22 (2) (b) and (c) [emergency training and equipment]

Observations: Licensing audited six children's files. One child's file did not have a record of any person who is not permitted access to the child.
