Observations: Licensing toured the facility and observed the bathtub in the upstairs washroom was not sealed and required repairs.

Observations: Licensing audited one employee file. The employee file had one reference in respect of the employee. The Manager stated they had checked a second reference for the employee upon hire, but there was no record of this.
