Observations: Licensing observed lunch kits placed on the floor with perishable food items that required refrigeration. No ice packs were observed.

Observations: Licensing observed the following items in the kitchen area downstairs: three exposed electrical outlets in the wall, laundry detergent on the floor accessible to children, extension cord accessible to children on the counter with a kettle and portable hot plate plugged in. Licensing observed the following outdoors: shed unlocked with tools and hazardous materials accessible.

Observations: Licensing observed a child sitting in a high chair for 45 minutes. Licensing asked the Licensee why the child was in the high chair and the Licensee stated the child was eating. Licensing observed the child eating for five minutes only.
