Observations: Licensing tested the sink accessible to children and it read as 53.3 degrees Celsius. This represents an immediate risk to the health and safety of persons in care and must be corrected immediately. A plan for corrective action is to be submitted to Licensing by September 10, 2026. Full compliance will not be achieved until the plan has been implemented and completed.
