Observations: Licensing reviewed five staff files and observed one file missing record of having completed a course, or a combination of courses of at least 20 hours duration in child development, guidance, health and safety, or nutrition. Licensing observed the staff produce a university transcript at the time of inspection which indicated at least 20 hours of training had been completed related to children and youth development, guidance, health and safety or nutrition.
