Observations: Licensing toured the facility and observed the carpets on the stairs to be stained, one bedroom of a person in care had wall damage throughout the bedroom and one bathroom of a person in care had two drawers missing from the vanity because they were broken.

Description: A licensee must ensure that each menu provides for each day, a nutritious morning, noon and evening meal, with each meal containing at least 3 food groups as described in Canada’s Food Guide,

Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: Licensing audited the menu for persons in care. The packed lunch menu was posted in the kitchen and included options for the packed lunches that persons in care took to program.
