Observations: Licensing observed the fire extinguisher overdue for servicing. Fire extinguisher tag states December 2025 for servicing.
3010 - CCLR 20(1)
Description: The licensee must not permit a person over the age of 12 to be ordinarily present on the premises of a community care facility while children are present, unless the person is of good character and the licensee has obtained a criminal record check for that person.

Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: Ensure any person over the age of 12 are not permitted to be reguarly present without a valid Criminal Record Check.
Actions Required By Licensing: Follow Up Inspection to be conducted.

Observations: Licensing observed one person living in the home over the age of 12 without a completed Criminal Record Check.
3070 - CCLR 57(2)(a)
Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a)name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number (MSP number does not apply to REC only) and immunization status.

Observations: Licensing reviewed 6 of 6 children's files. One file was missing MSP number. While on site the parent provided the MSP number and it was added to the child's file.
3070 - CCLR 57(2)(c)
Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (c) daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure
