Observations: Licensing observed spray cleaner accessible to children in the bathroom, heavy objects stored overhead and not secured in the nap and playrooms and a broken toy bench in the outdoor area.
3000 - SPS DOLSOP (Clearance)
Description: A 1.8 metre (6 feet) clearance around equipment is considered safest
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure clearance around all equipment. A 1.8 metre (6 foot) clearance is considered safest.
