Observations: Licensing observed thirty documents, with confidential information about persons in care, posted on the wall in one dining room. Staff stated that all three dining rooms had posted information about persons in care on the walls.

Description: A licensee must ensure that all medications in the community care facility are safely and securely stored.

Observations: Licensing observed a medicated cream in the main bathroom in the hallway that was accessible to all persons in care. Licensing observed one medication cart lock broken and staff were unable to lock the medication cart. Licensing observed staff leave the unlocked cart unattended while administering medication to persons in care.
