Observations: Licensing toured the facility, Manager stated the tub just stopped working, And ARGO rep stated that as the tub was 10 years old, they could not get parts for it. Manager received quotes for a new tub, and submitted them to CLBC and BC Housing, also the lift is currently not working and is being repaired. Corrective Actions Required: Action Required by Licensing: Follow Up Inspection to be conducted.
