Observations: Licensing observed the following in the outdoor play spaces: In the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) Preschool 2, there was a wooden house that had the bottom panel off, exposing sharp nails and screws accessible to children and in the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) Preschool 4 yard, there was a 2 inch by 3 inch gap in the rubber tiles creating a tripping hazard to children.

Description: A licensee must not employ a person in a community care facility unless the licensee or, in the case of a person who is not the manager, the manager has first met with the person and obtained all of the following: a criminal record check for the person
