Observations: Licensing observed 11 children in the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) program with one Early Childhood Educator Assistant (ECEA) and two Responsible Adults (RA). The Early Childhood Educator (ECE) was on a break and returned to the ratio during the inspection. One ECE and one ECEA is required to be in ratio at all times with 11 children as per Schedule E of the Child Care Licensing Regulation.
