Corrective Actions Required: Ensure that behavioural guidance is appropriate to the age and development of the child who is receiving the guidance. Action Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action Required by Licensing: On July 4, 2025, Licensee submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included: all responses to children's behaviour will avoid punitive measures such as time-outs, raised voices, or shaming. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.

Observations: Regarding intake dated June 10, 2025. Through the investigation process, Licensing determined that behavioural guidance was inappropriate for the age and development of children in care who were receiving the guidance as a child was placed on a blanket for a "sit and wait" for approximately five minutes which was contradictive to behavioural guidance policies.
