Corrective Actions Required: Ensure that the facility is operated in a manner that will promote the health, safety and dignity of persons in care. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On September 17, 2025, Licensee Contact submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included: children would only be released once staff confirmed the identity of the authorized pick-up, staff would review the Transfer of Care Policy by September 19, 2025, and sign off they understood, and a staff meeting would be held on September 22, 2025, to review the incident and contravention, provide training on updated Transfer of Care procedure and staff would sign they understood and would follow the new procedures. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.
