Additionally, to prevent further occurrences, policies on respectful interactions with children, reinforced expectations regarding positive guidance and behaviour management practices would be implemented . The Manager and Director were committed to staff training and increased monitoring of staff practices to ensure staff did not yell at children in care. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.
