Observations: Licensing observed heavy books stacked on a tall white shelving, a ceramic pot on top of a tall white shelving, boxes stored at the top of a tall white closet and a chain link fence in the back play ground area had exposed sharp edges.

Observations: During the inspection Licensing was made aware that an Early Childhood Educator Assistant for the Group Child Care (Under 36 Months) was scheduled for the closing shift and care categories where not being mixed at the end of the day.
