Observations: Licensing observed feces on the toilette cleaning brush handle and base and accessible to children in care. Licensing observed one shelving stacked with craft materials not bolted to the wall in the nap room. Licensing observed bleach bottles accessible to children in care.

Observations: Licensing observed children bedding that was being used during the week was left on the cots and stacked touching each other. Licensing observed sheets and linen used by different children in care were all piled together on a chair.
