Observations: Licensing toured the facility on this date. Two person in care's rooms had a water temperature heated to more than 49 degree Celsius. One was heated to 51.2 degrees Celsius and another was heated to 52.9 degrees Celsius. This represents an immediate risk to health and safety of the persons in care and must be corrected immediately. The Care Manager stated the maintenance manager would check the water temperature for issues on this date. Care Manager stated that spot checks on the water temperature would be completed by the maintenance manager daily for a week, then weekly.
