Observations: Licensing observed one of the eating areas had an open cupboard with bleach and cleaning products accessible to the children in care. Licensing observed the cupboard locked at the time of inspection.

This is an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care and must be corrected immediately. Licensing requested a health and safety plan until the facility comes into compliance. The manager stated that the children would be supervised at all times while using the bathroom sinks. Licensing accepted the health and safety plan.
