Observations: Licensing observed knives accessible to children in the kitchen. This was corrected at the time of inspection. Licensing observed heavy objects stored overhead and not secured and high shelving not secured to the wall. In the outdoor area Licensing observed that the stairs to the upper deck did not have a gate on the bottom to prevent access, a high ledge with no protective barricade or fence to prevent children from falling, and yard tools and discarded materials accessible to children in the side yard.
